steps to ownership

1. Give Scott a call at 414-235-9503 or email scottbretl@justdriveonline.com so we can send you a Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) and set up an appointment to meet. Check the "investment page" to make sure you will qualify on the financial end of things.

2. Once you get the FDD, please sign the receipt and send that back to Scott Bretl in the self addressed stamped envelope. The receipt indicates the day you received the FDD. This is a Federal Law requirement as you have to review the FDD for 14 days before a sale can be made. The receipt merely gives us a start date and obligates neither of us to anything.

3. Included in the FDD is an application to become a just drive franchisee. You can fill out this application and bring it to our scheduled appointment. This can all take place during the 14 day waiting period. It is at this point you will need to have an idea of what franchise territory you are interested in (see available franchise territories). Maybe do a bit of research to see who else offers driver's education in your desired territory.

4. One of the most important steps is to contact an attorney and an accountant. We need you to have an in-depth understanding of the franchise agreement so you know exactly what you are buying. You should also consider that starting a new business takes time and possibly an ongoing investment. "just drive" is a great opportunity but results will vary depending on many things (market trends in your area, your business knowledge and work ethic, etc.). We currently have a 100% success rate.

5. Once you have decided to purchase a just drive franchise you will need to form a corporation. Each just drive franchise has its own corporate identity doing business as "just drive".

6. When you have formed your corporation, we will meet with you and have you sign 3 copies of the franchise agreement (one for you, one for just drive, inc. and one for just drive's attorney). I will also need you to answer the disclosure questionnaire located in the FDD. We can then schedule training and a tentative opening date. Congratulations on the purchase of a just drive franchise.
