My name is Randy Siech, my wife Sandy and daughter Melissa are part of the dynamic just drive training team. We have all been residence of Sheboygan County all of our lives, living in Sheboygan and Sheboygan Falls. Our family includes 3 very wonderful daughters and a loveable Yorkie named Mic.

I am a graduate of Lakeland College with a degree in Business Administration. I have been in the auto industry for the last ten years and customer service, management and training the last twenty. My wife has a degree from LTC and is a corporate trainer for a local business. The last part of our "just drive" team is our daughter Melissa. She is a resident of Sheboygan and currently works as a supervisor for a staffing agency. She has had extensive training in the fundamentals of teaching throughout her high school and college experience. Melissa has many years of teaching Sunday school and some grade school students. Melissa is a strong asset to our team with her customer service and teaching skills.

With our combined backgrounds and abilities we will be able to make learning how to drive a fun and educational experience all while maintaining a professional stature in the classroom and behind the wheel. Just drive offers advanced teaching techniques, an open learning environment, a fun atmosphere, and easy scheduling for driving and classes.
