Hello,

My name is Jason Melichar and my friend, neighbor, and business partner Tom Burke and I are the owners and two of the instructors of just drive in Kenosha.

Tom was born and raised in Kenosha and has prior law enforcement experience with the Kenosha County Sheriff's Department and is currently on the security staff at Tremper High School while Tom's wife Renee, who is also an instructor is employed as a Special Education Teacher with Kenosha Unified School District. They have one son Ryan, and daughter Melanie who have lived in Kenosha all of their lives and attend local public schools.

While I grew up in Port Washington, WI., I have lived in Kenosha for over nine years. My wife Jenny works as an R.N. in the emergency room at Kenosha Hospital and we have two daughters, Grace and Adeline. I am currently employed by the City of Kenosha Police Department and have been for over nine years.  I am also an adjunct instructor in the Police Science program at Gateway Technical College.

During our years of law enforcement and teaching experience, we have had the opportunity to have first hand knowledge of the importance of quality instruction, safe driving skills, and safe driving habits. Tom and I look forward to sharing our unique blend of valuable real life law enforcement experience with our innovative teaching techniques. We do not want to be "just another driving school" so our school employs numerous instructors with law enforcement experience as well as professional educators. The professional knowledge and skills brought to class by our instructors is unparalleled by any other driving school. We have no doubt that we will be able to relay the knowledge and skills necessary to motivate you to be a safe effective driver on the roadways we all share.
